Order Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed.
Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is in transit.
During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may extend up to 5 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time (Australia)
After dispatch, delivery typically takes:
6–11 business days
Please note: delivery estimates are guides only. Tracking updates can sometimes lag, and courier delays may occur during peak periods.
Order Changes and Address Accuracy
It’s your responsibility to ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to delivery delays, returns to sender, or order cancellation.
If our system detects a possible address issue, we may email you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don’t hear back within that timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us at slumbersyncteam@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but changes can’t be guaranteed once your order is processing or dispatched.
Delayed Delivery
We do everything we can to deliver quickly, but delays can happen due to factors outside our control, including courier network disruptions, severe weather, or high-volume periods.
If we become aware of an issue affecting your order, we’ll contact you and help with updates where possible. SlumberSync can’t guarantee exact delivery dates.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a parcel is handed to the courier, it is managed by the courier network.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your parcel:

Check your mailbox, safe place, building reception, and with neighbours

Contact the courier directly to start an investigation

Please note: SlumberSync is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after dispatch and these cases fall outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the courier investigation outcome, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
