At SlumberSync, we’re committed to helping you wake up gently and feel more refreshed, without the stress of harsh, blaring alarms. We believe you’ll feel the difference when you use your Sunrise Alarm consistently — so we recommend trying it for at least 14 days before deciding whether it’s right for you.
If you’re not satisfied for any reason after day 14, you can request a return within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee by contacting us at slumbersyncteam@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
Need to change or cancel an order? Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
If you cancel within 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days (back to your original payment method).

Damaged Items
We pack orders carefully to reduce the chance of shipping damage. An item is considered “damaged” if it has a defect or is physically broken. Cosmetic damage to external packaging (like a dented box) is not considered damage if the product inside is fine.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at slumbersyncteam@gmail.com and include clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to get your order to you quickly, but SlumberSync can’t be held responsible for delays outside our control (including courier delays, customs processing, weather events, or other shipping disruptions).
If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier first. SlumberSync is not responsible for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It’s the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours.
If we aren’t notified within 24 hours and the order ships to the address provided, you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
